  • Q: Can I download these movies to iTunes?

    A:Yes you are free to download any of these videos to play on your device whenever you choose. Here is A short tutorial on how to do so:

    1. Login to view "Full Scenes"
    2. Click "view Episodes"
    3. Click "Full Episode" on the one you want to watch
    4. Right click (CTRL-click on Mac) on "Clip #" or "Full Episode"
    5. Select "Save Target As..."
    6. Drag the downloaded clip into your iTunes
    7. Select "Movies" from your iTunes Menu and the clip should be right there!
    8. Simply sync your iPhone or iPod with your computer to watch the clips on your iPod or iPhone!
  • Q. To download videos to your Android phone version 2.2, or 2.3.

    1. Select the video you would like to download
    2. Click on View Episodes
    3. Click on Full Episode
    4. Select either a Clip, or Episode to Download.
    5. The option to Download File, or Play Online should appear, or may be asked to Complete the Action Using a Streaming Media Player, or Download to your phone.
    6. Select Download and Download the video to your phone.
  • Q. Why does a strange code appear whenever I try to play a video with my iPhone? (Plug-ins allow Safari to play some types of audio and video files)

    A. To make sure your plug ins are turned on in your safari browser use the following steps:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Go to Safari
    3. Plug-ins On

  • Q: Why doesn't my username and password work?

    A: Your username and password are CaSe SeNsITIve and must be entered with the exact capital and lowercase letters received in your sign up email. Also, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username and password, as this will cause your login to be rejected.

    When a username or, password is entered it must match the case that was originally used. For example, if the USERNAME was "JoHn" when the account was created, it must be entered exactly the same. Typing in "john" will return an error saying that the username is incorrect.

    The same is true of your PASSWORD, if your password was "Access25" when it was created, it must be entered exactly the same. Typing in "access25" will return an error saying that your password is incorrect.

    PLEASE NOTE: You may also need to learn how to properly type in your case sensitive login information by referring to your mobile device's manual.

    Having any kind of security software, such as Norton Internet Security, could be a reason why your password isn't working. Try disabling the security software to obtain access.

  • Q: I haven't received my username and password yet!

    A: Your username and password will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up. If you are using a free web mail and you did not receive an email you may need to check your spam or trash folder to locate the email. Please keep in mind that some spam filters block our reply, in such case, try adjusting your spam filters or, contacting us from a different address, if you contact us from a different address please include the original email address you used when signing up, so we can locate your membership. If you need help with this please contact your ISP.
